Delivery & Shipping
Packing time – 1 – 5 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your parcel has been shipped.
Wanderlust Style will not be held accountable for late deliveries or damaged goods by Australia Post.
Wanderlust Style will not be accountable for incorrect delivery address provided.
We offer FREE Express Postage on all orders over $150. A flat rate of $10 is charged for all orders below $150 for express delivery.
We deliver products within Australia using the services of Australia Post.
Please Note: Express postage via Australia post does not require a signature for delivery. We do not take responsibility for any lost items using this method. Please ship to an address where someone will be to receive the item. Alternatively please request ‘signature on delivery’ in your order notes.
Shipping / Delivery time is 1-3 business days (1-5 business days in metro / remote locations)
We are pleased to offer standard international delivery at a flat rate of $20.
Shipping / Delivery time is generally 5-15 business days.
International express delivery is available at an additional cost. Please email our customer care team for more details and cost on this method.
Please Note: all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receipient. Wanderlust Style does not accept responsibility for any charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
Exchange & Returns
We value our customers and want you to love the items you purchase from us!
Wanderlust Style values customer satisfaction and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand shopping online can be daunting and we are happy to exchange your items or offer a store credit note.
You must notify Wanderlust Style via email and return product within 7 days from date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned to Wanderlust Style within these timeframes.
Eligibility for exchange;
- Item must be in original condition unworn, unwashed with original swing tags attached.
- Contact made with Wanderlust Style via email and return ID number obtained
- Returns slip completed and included with garnet
- Items returned to Wanderlust Style within 7 days of purchase
- Specify what item you would like to exchange for including size/colour/style
Any items returned must meet the above elegibility criteria or request for exchange will be denied.
Customers are responsible for postage costs on all return items. Wanderlust Style is not responsible for lost incoming parcels. We recommend using a service that offers tracking.
Upon exchange, if the stock you request is not available Wanderlust Style will issue you a credit note.
Please choose products with care as Wanderlust Style does not refund products due to “change of mind”; including incorrect sizing / items that so not fit.
If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact us via email with your details and the issue. We will respond to you and endeavor to resolve the issue and/or replace your faulty item/incorrect item/size within 7 days.

These items are final and are not eligible for exchange.
Where items purchased on sale do not fit, we are happy to exchange size provided we have the required size in stock. Items must be returned in original condition and must meet the above criteria ‘eligibility for exchange’
